A Southern Grace for the recipe. My two nieces love to cook with me and I love for them to eat our goodies we make. I knew I had to find a recipe for the butternut squash that was appealing to little ones. The girls stirred and poured until they had their muffins ready for the oven. The results were excellent. Everybody loved them, including my picky 15 year old.
