Preserving food is a great way to save on money and much healthier for you and your family. Fall has some wonderful foods like squash, pumpkins, kale and collard greens. These wonderful foods will not last forever so it's that time to start preserving them for the winter ahead.
Laura @ Heavenly Homemakers has a great guide on "Gardening and Preserving". She's a great teacher on healthy eating.
Here are some great fall recipes: Sweet potato soup, Cranberry Pumpkin Scones, and give Fruit Leather a try. Mmmm, good!!
